burn fat while you sleepIs it true that if you work your muscles during the day, they burn fat while you sleep?

I have been told this b4...
Thee last 4 weeks ive been lifting weights... now when i wake up theres a seriously noticable difference.
My mother had told me that muscles burn fat while you sleep. But... i want a second opinion because she says alot of thngs haha.
Not exactly...increased exercise boosts your metabolism, which helps burn fat. So if you exercise (in any form) during the day, you will burn more calories even when you aren't exercising. It really isn't a matter of more muscle, just better health.
When you develop lean mburn fat while you sleepuscle mass, you do burn fat. You will burn fat while you sleep and also while you are awake.

That is one particular aspect of fat burning. If your goal is to burn fat or lose weight, you should do anaerobic exercises that are also full body exercises such as lunges, squats (with weights), burpees, squat press, dead lifts, etc. It is important that the weight training exercises are of high quality. For example, you will not burn as much fat if you do arm curls compared to squats or lunges (with or without weights). Full-body burn fat while you sleepexercises are more effective for fat burning (and overall conditioning) than isolated type of movements such as curls.

Nope. Muscle need protein and it works continuously. Its only that during exercise muscle need more oxygen and nutrients!

During exercise... do not forget to breath (oxygen) it will burn ur fat faster.
Yes, your entire body is always burning fat. Not always your stored fat (glycogen) but the fat and carbs from food you eat.
