ok i really need to lose some weight.. i know there are a lot of ways but i have a problem... i have a really watchful mom who watches carefully how i eat.. any suggestions?? i am free to lots of exercise

it doesnt get boring this day you just buy plain hula hoop and jump rope from kids sections(just make sure long enough for you)
doing this 30 minutes is like taking an hour walk!

stop eating sweet besides once a week..
only skip one day of working out a day if needed...
drink half your body weight in ounces of water a day at least
try to eat more fruits and vegtables raw with no dip!
also I dont waste money buying free weights I use soup cans or water bottles!lol..it really works to 20 lifts with each arm a day.the more muscle you build higher your metablosim!

use that calorie counter to figure what your daily intake should be -
(Mayo Clinic = trusted name) and then just subtract 15%
spread that out over 3 meals and 3 snacks - o yeah - we are gonna eat ourselves slim

Go to the Gym, walk on normal speed for about 15-20 min, then run for half an hour, do the some weight training and watch your weight drop! i dropped 4 kilos in a month...
once you do this atleast 5 days a week, finish the whole month and see the results, dont go on checking your weight every other day. that wont work!

Healthy living is a lifestyle. You don't wake up one day and decide to do it for a month to lose weight. By doing this, you should understand that you will have to do this for the rest of your life to maintain your health. If you just stop one day, all your work will go to waste. All you have to do is limit yourself to 1500 calories a day, only eat natural foods like rice, meats,dairy,grain try to stay away from Sugar and starchy foods as they are really fattening and ( as proven in recent studies) bad for your health. If you do about 30 minutes of cardio ( which really isn't much) a day, then you will lose weight at a steady rate. You may not notice at first, as the fat disappears from all around your body ( some places more than others due to genealogy ) and it's difficult to tell within the first month or two. But you will lose weight.
Honestly, the best choice in the book is to run. Although obviously not the easiest. The best thing to do is to just try and get out of your house and listen to your favorite music while going on a mild jog. Try a 9 minute mile pace, which is about a slow-average jog. The reason i tell you to try this method is because it has worked for me and it really just relievfree fast weight loss pillses stress overall in your life by getting a different view on problems. Also, i had a mild weight problem back in seventh grade with a weight of 138 pounds and a height of 5 feet 4 inches. Now i am a healthy runner with a weight of 123 pounds and i am 5 feet 9 inches. Also you can eat whatever you like without worrying about "calorie counting" (although i do because i want to stay in my best shape possible). I'm now a freshman and run a mile in 4:52. this sounds crazy but it works. I recently lost 20lbs by eating every two hours. I didn't really have to change what I was eating just how often and the portions. I eat a reasonable breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food I eat in between meals is usually around 200 calories. I do this up until I go to bed and then start over the next day.
The reason why it works is because it speeds up your metabolism, your body never gets hungry so it doesn't need to store food (fat). I tried it as an experiment to see how much diet would affect my weight and it turns out to be about 85%-90%, the rest of course is exercise.
Don't do any diets, cause most don't work, your body needs a variety of healthy foods, you know if it's bad or not.
I only use one trick to control my portions. If I was to buy a bag of chips at the store, as soon as I get home and am putting them away I measure out the suggested serving size that is mentioned on the label and separate it out into smaller bags. When it is time to eat I can grab a bag and eat the whole thing. My brain has been trained to think I am done eating when the bag is empty....I use to eat the whole bag of chips in one sitting, now my bag is much smaller.
Eat healthy control your portions and eat more often and you will see results in about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
